- Sanitizes surfaces , utensils and equipment. Helps you meet rigid government and company inspection standards.
- Effective. Sanitizes all food contact and other hard environment surfaces.
- Versatile. Can be sprayed on mobile and immobile sinks for sink immersion of utensils.
- Saves times. No need to rinse. Just allow to drain and air dry.
How to use :
- Remove all gross good particles and soil from areas , which are to be sanitized with a good detergent , pre-flush , pre-soak or pre-scape treatment and rinse with a potable water rinse.
- Sanitizes pre-cleaned and potable water-rinsed , non-porous , food contact surfaces , prepare a 200 ppm active quaternary solution by adding 30ml of J-512 Sanitizer of 15 litres of water.
- Sanitizes immobile item such as tanks , chopping blocks and counter tops , flood the area with a 200 ppm active quaternary solution by adding 30ml of J-512 Sanitizer of 6 litres of water and wait for at least 60 seconds making sure to wet all surfaces completely. Remove axcess , drain the use solution from the suface and air dry . Prepare a fresh solution daily or more frequently as soil is apparent.
- Sanitizes mobile items such as drinking glasses and eating utensils , immerse in a 200 ppm active quatenary solution fro at least 60 seconds making sure to immerse completely. Remove items , drain the use solution from the surface and air dry. Prepare a fresh solution daily or more frequently as soil is apparent.
